A+ Safety offers ball valve lockouts, rotating gate lockouts, valve wheel lockouts, cylinder tank lockouts, and butterfly lockouts, as well as two sizes of cable lockouts 

Rotating Gate Valve Lockouts: surrounds the valve operating handle to protect agaisnt accidental valve opening. Ideal for confined space applications. Made from tough, lightweight dielectric Xenoy bodies. Each size rotates into itself to conserve space. Up to 4 workers can apply their personal safety locks. Safety labels include Englosh, Spanish and French.

Valve Wheel Lockouts: Valve consists of two flattened half moons that completely cover the valve wheels. Made from strong Polypro plastic, this fully dielectric lockout is highly resistant to cracking and abrasion and extreme temperature changes -50oF (-46oC) to 360oF (183oC).

Adjustable Cable Lockout: The adjustable cable lockout is available with 6’ of tough, multi-strand 1/4” diameter steel cable with a clear vinyl coating. Feed the cable end through the points to be lockout out, then back through the lockout body. Up to 4 workers can apply their locks.  The 6’ cable can be replaced by a 15’ cable.
